Secondly once the journey has been completed the driver enters the relevant information, waiting time and car park details etc, this journey is now ready for invoicing, one of your administration team can then briefly check the details are correct. Invoicing is as simple as allocating its just the click of a button and can be delivered in various ways, either by email in Word, PDF or Excel format or simply printed and posted.
Will using the software improve communications between my office and our drivers?
We have utilised a GPRS enabled pocket PC unit as an interface between the control centre and the driver and visa versa in ‘real-time’ and because we transfer data over secure public networks it now means that wherever your drivers are they are always within range, even outside the UK, in a recent test we tracked a driver for 1606 miles across europe.
You can communicate with all drivers across the fleet at the touch of a button and visa versa they can communicate with you.

What is a Consolidation Channel?
A consolidator is a company that takes journeys from clients but doesnt have access to a fleet, they rely on service providers to carry out the transfers for them. We have over 300 websites across the UK that take transportation bookings everyday, these we pass down to the vendor using our system by finding the nearest vehicle.
This facility allows you to run a more efficient shift, reducing dead mileage for your drivers and covering more trips, and of course enable you to take on more work during your “quiet spells” keeping your drivers busy.
This facility was initially developed for corporate clients wanting to book onward journeys from other UK points, and shortly all major European cities, but at the same time wanted to control and centralise billing, i.e. a passenger traveling from London Heathrow to Edinburgh arranges transportation not only to the airport in London but also a collection at Edinburgh Airport and taken to their meeting / hotel.
